I need to know if I can get my car tuned using stock injectors with a my 255lph pump? If its really not feasable to tune with those injectors then how about some 30lbs?
I'm also running "new" stock plugs at stock gap and need to know if I should go a range colder. If so what plugs? Am I correct that regardless of plug choice I need to gap them at .35 ?

Im guessing without the FMU your probably going to need 42#'s With the FMU I think you can stay stock, but the FMU's suck, either rich or KA-Boom.
As far as plugs I think it should say right in the instructions for the blower NOT to use Platnum plugs. Every blower I have installed it said it in bold print. Ditch the stock plugs and go to a NGK TR6 or a autolite plain Jane plug and one heat range cooler, and knock the gap back to .035 to start, If you have ignition break up back them up to .030. (I think the autolite # is 104????? the stock heat range is 106?)

Thanks for the info...are you saying that going to 30lb injectors won't really do me anygood with the fmu installed? I need to go all the way to 42lb? Any other suggestions are welcomed.

The stock 24# injectors aren't going to supply enough fuel for a boosted engine without an FMU. 30's will provide more fuel, but you may still run out at high RPM even at low boost. A 36 or 42 pound injector should be able to supply enough fuel to keep the engine happy. The reason 42s are suggested is because it's better to go to big than to small when it comes to stock pistons and forced induction. :)

For the hell of It I contacted procharger. They are telling me stock injectors are 22# and do go with the 24#SVO injectors?

only 93's came with 22#s 94-97 came with 24s....
I'm saving up for 60#s :D

I've fouled irridium plus before.. what makes you so sure they can't be fouled?

My tuner said they're as foul proof as it gets, any better ideas appreciated.
Thinking of adding a Delteq. Tuner has retarded PCM timing so LTCC seems overkill. Thoughts?
