Do they still sell 17x11 without the lip? Can't find any anymore.

 

Do you mean a painted wheel with a machined lip? Not sure what you are looking for.

 

Best guess is he's talking about the older ZR1's without the large machined lip, such as those sold by AFS back in the day. Most of the replica GM wheels these days have an enormous machined/polished lip (versus paint all the way to the edges) that wasn't present on the older reproductions.
