I am pretty sure they will fit on a 93-2002 F-body. The bolt pattern is the same, I know that for a fact as I have seen the C6 wheels on F-Bodys throughout this site. The C6 Corvette was based very closely to the C5 Corvette (I have the C5 Z06 rims on my 99 Z28 and they fit great, 17x9.5 on all four corners). The reason I say this is because GM did not change the dimensions of the wheels when they went from the C5 to the C6. They may look different aesthetically, but the bolt pattern and offset are interchangeable from C5 to C6.

The stock C6 wheels are supposed to be:
18x8.5" 58mm
19x10.0" 79mm
The fronts will fit fine with that offset. The back will require a 1.25" spacer. There's a detailed writeup and photos in the "Wheels and Tires" forum FAQ.
The C5 Z06 factory wheels were:
17x9.5" 54mm offset
18x10.5" 58mm offset
Regular C5:
17x8.5" 58mm offset
18x9.5" 65mm offset
C6 Z06:
18x10.0" (anyone know the offset?)
19x12.0" (ditto)
18x8.5" 58mm
19x10.0" 79mm
