Are the ET Drags "W"s? I have 15x10 7.5"BS Weld Pro-Stars with 28x10.5-15W ET Drags. To get them on, and avoid having them rub when they grew (so far I've only checked them to 130mph), I had to move the rear axle back about 1/4", then take about 1.5" off the leading edge of the rubber bumper cover. The inside fender liners had already been hammered for 315's, and I had to hammer a bit more for the ET Drags.
M/T quotes my tires at 28.1", but they seemed a bit larger than that. I did not have to cut the bumper cover when I was running 28x11.5-15 QTP's, and they were supposed to be 28.0".
This is the "fit" with only about 1/2" cut off the bumper:

Re: Will it fit ?
Hmmm I got 315 on my car now. I just had to get rid of 1/4 of my bump stops on each side. Other than that there was no problem. Now .. with the ETs.. I dont know if my car would have same problems fitting them on as urs does..since urs is 94`. I mean..its a same car pretty much. Reason why I am saying this is because..Ive seen other guys with LT1s trying to fit on 315 and all of them had to do much more modifications to fit those tires on.. For some reason my cars rear seems to be sitting pretty damn high. Did u have any problems with ur break calipers ?
Thank You for nice answer and the picture ! What did u use to cut the bumper ?
Take care!

The back end of my car seems to sit about 1/2" higher than stock, which I attribute to the Eibach Drag Launch springs.
I marked the rear bumper cover with masking tape, and cut it with a 40-year old Boy Scout knife..... I kid you not. After cutting, I used a file to smooth out the edge of the cover, then painted it with some touchup paint. You really have no room to even "see" the cut edge, at least not with all that tire stuffed in there. In addition to cutting the rubber cover, you will find that after you cut it back about 1", you have a pointy part of the metal fender right behind it, and you have to start hammering the point back on that. That's what was hitting when we ran the car up to 130mph on the dyno.
I saw a very nice NHRA Stock class Formula, with the 30.5" tires that they seem to be able to fit into stock   fenders, and he had a simple strip of aluminum molded to act almost like a mud flap on the cut edge of the bumper cover, and then bending backwards and continuing along the bottom of the bumper cover to keep some of the rubber off the body panels.
