They are listed as "Factory" wheels, but those are not the OEM wheel sizes for the 97-99 C5 Corvette. The stock wheels were:
Rear: 18x9.5" 61mm offset
Front: 17x8.5" 56mm offset
With many late model F-Body and C5 wheels, you may find the hole in the rear wheels for the axle hub is too small, and needs to be enlarged slightly to fit over the hubs on the 93-96 F-Bodys.
How the wheels sit with regard to fitting under the fender, or rubbing the tire on the inside fender liner will depend on the actual offset of the wheels. If they are genuine GM OEM Corvette wheels, they will fit. But aftermarket "replica" wheels sometimes have different offsets.
