wheel widening

can someone please post a link for custom wheel widening. i have 98 polished ws6 wheels an have pondered widening them to 17x 11. who thinks this is a good idea.

I've done it and I would have to say that it's my favorite appearance mod. I used the same company that's in the www.ws6.com's write up.

These guys did mine:

Top notch service. Five day turnaround time. They even went as far as to mask off the polished outer lips on each rim to avoid any scuffing or damage from handling. They were also pretty strict in their criteria for what they would or would not accept as an "operable" wheel. Recently they've added the service of grinding the weld beads on the inside of each rim off so it looks like it was never welded.

I paid $200 per rim.
