what torque for lugs on camaro and on my boat trailer?

Since the last time I rotated my tires I forgot what torque to set my wrench to, is it 90?

Also I have a Sea Ray Jet boat and the trailer has 5 lug -possibly 14" wheels, well I also have crappy wheels/tires for that and I'd like to put the crappy tires on it for the winter so I can save the nice tires from cracking- What torque should I set them to?

The torque spec can be affected by the diameter of the stud, type of wheel (allow vs. steel) and the type of lug seat. My Owner's Manual indicates 100 lb-ft for the stock alloy wheels.
