What offset to get for 15in draglites??????

I am about ot order some 15X10 or 15X8 draglites, i borrowed a set of 15X10s from a friend (pics in sig) and had to SHAVE the crap out of my calipers to get them to fit. And i got comments from a few people that the offset wasent correct. Now that im about ot order my own i want to know what offset to get.

Also my secondary question, should i go with 15X10s or 8s? I know the 15X10s bogged a little when burning out, but they hooked real well.

Changing the offset won't alter the interference.... at least not if your 98 brakes hit in the same place as my 93-97 brakes. The corner of the caliper fins hit the wheel "disc", and the radius where it rolls over to form the "rim". Doesn't hit the rim, so the only way to avoid the interference is to cut back the fins or move the disc away from the caliper with a spacer (not recommended on a drag wheel).

Wheel width should be based on the selected tire size, reflecting the manufacturer's recommendation. Its the tire tread widht and compound that will determine how it hooks, more than the wheel width.... unless of course you have a major mismatch between the tire and the rim.
