What kind of lug nuts do i need for my 1996 SS wheels?
I have a 95 Z28 and just got the SS/ZR1 wheels for it, can i use my salad shooter lug nuts ? i have seen them before and they were black in color which i liked, mine are chrome and tried them on they seem to fit but they are on open desing where it might look ok with salad shooters as they have a cover, but SS wheels you can see the lug nuts so what should i do here ? Thanks

I'd like to know this as well. I'm picking up a set of 99 or 2000 (can't recall right now) SS rims. From what I can tell, the SS rims used an open end short lug nut with a small amount of external threads and a black lug nut cover. Is this correct?

Imacarfan2 you are correct.It is a gold anodized nut with a hole on the end and external threads so that the black plastic cover could be threaded on to it.
