I have the nitto 555r's. I was suprised at how well they actually did in the rain. Like when i would turn and it was wet out i could hit the gas and try to break the rear loose and I could feel the tires grabbing pretty good. I have to say that they do suck if the temp is low, they were just pretty much like my street tires then. But if u get them nice and warm they hook great and will throw u back in the seat, if u have the torque

Are they worse in the cold then other tires? I hear how they suck in the cold... but do they suck more or worse then other tires in cold weather?

why not just buy some good all season tires and get a set of junk rims to slap some DR's for when you want to hook. I wouldn't spend that much on a tire that doesn't last but 10-15k
