I have a friend that is building a 1996 Camaro and was wanting to get suggestions on what size front tire to use.The wheels he is using are 15x3.5

Street or strip?

Most 15x3.5" drag wheels are not legal for the street.... so assuming its for the track, you could use a 26x4.5-15 front runner style tire. I've seen people go even larger on diameter for bracket racing consistancy, taking rollout into condsideration.... one of the Moderators here uses a 28x4.5-15.
