I just installed my Nitto 555R's and I was wondering what pressure to run for normal daily driving?? My friend runs 18lbs on his MT's all the time, should I run that for these Nitto's or what?

 

They are radials. You should run them at normal tire pressure of 30-35psi for daily driving. I run them a little bit lower 28-30psi as they hook a little bit better on the street. At the track I drop them to 18-20psi.

 

I have heard that they wear funny at higher psi?? Anyone else have an opinion?

 

30-35 will make them wear in the middle a lot faster. i run mine from 22-25 and at the track 18-20.
