My friend is giving me his ET Streets 28X12.5X15. Will they fit in the wheel well?

 

I ran 28x11.5-15 (28.0") QTP's and had to move the axle assembly back about 1/2" to prevent the tread from hitting the leading edge of the fender opening when the tires grew at 125MPH trap speeds. With a set of 28x10.5-15W (28.1" diam, 13.1" width) ET Drags, I had to cut about 1" off the leading edge of the bumper cover to make enough room. The 28x12.5-15 ET Street is a 28.1" diameter with a 12.6" width. You will probably have problems similar to what I experienced. My inner fenders had already been clearanced for 315/35-17 BFG Drag Radials.
