Replica C6 wheels: good or bad?

looking to put a set of c6 wheels on a 2002 Z28. I see alot of them for sale on ebay and most of them are (replica) wheels. There is a very big price difference between the originals and the replicas. I was wondering if they are a bad product and to stay away or if they are still a good buy for a set of nice 5 star wheels.

I have C6 Chrome replicas and i love it. Few people have told me that the chrome will start to peel off after awhile...I have NOT had any problems with them so far.

They are basically clones of the actual GM rim, but usually at a cheaper price and depending on the company, their are additional options that can come with replica wheels such as different colors and sizes.

From what I've seen, the replica wheels are a different offset from the OEM wheels. The offset that the replicas are made in is typically the correct offset for the F-bodies since that's typically the car that people are putting them on. I've got some replica Z-06 wheels that I got on eBay and I couldn't be happier with them.
