Is there any chance you still have the paper tag that came with the lug "key" that had the code for the key pattern on it, so you could order a replacement? Of maybe it's still in the glove box or in with any documentation you may have received with the car?

You are looking for the "keyed" adapter for the lug nut, or a plastic envelope or a paper tag marked with the lug nut key code for your car.

If it's the factory locking nut, a dealer may have a master set of "keys".

Another approach is to use an undersized socket. Pound it on the locking lug nuts, and use it to take them off. Then replace them with a new set, with a key. Or you can get a socket intended to fit over stripped nuts, and use that to remove the locking nut.

Cost will be 4 new locking lug nuts and a new key.

Re: Need locking lug tool...

I know I am reviving this thread from a while ago but does anyone know if Amcor is still in business? Have a '97 SS that I don't have the wheel lock key for. I have the card to mail into them and pay to get a replacement key but their site seems to be down.

Card says to mail to:
Amcor Wheel Locks
12955 Inkster Rd.
Livonia, MI 48150

www.amcorlocks.com only displays blank pages.

Anybody have any info?

Thanks
