Re: M/T radial tread wear
I've had mine on the car few a few months they are the 255 50 R16s. They are the only tire I run on the car as it only gets driven about 4-5000 miles a year. So far they look fantastic with about 20 track passes and probably 700-1000 miles. They are wearing better than my BFG DRs ever did. They also seem to have a deeper tread...it may not be much tread, but its deeper. I also noticed not so much rubber up in my wheel well like I used to see with my BFGs. I think M/T got it right...a DR that gives me 1.55 60's and is lasting, too...I used to get 4000ish miles out of my BFGs , we'll see..You'll be happy...Merry X-mas...

Re: M/T radial tread wear
WOW, I was thinking more like 3000 SWEET.
Well it sounds like it will fix my consistant 2.40 short time (tires I have now are more suited for a Honda I think
)
I was traping at 100 with my old stock fuel pump with a 14.3 14.2 14.1 with 2.40 short times.
With more tuning, long tubes, O/R pipe, rockers, M/T, the new racetronix pump that in the car and a 150 shot I HOPE to run an 11.9 on a prep night and cool air... we will see.
GMHTP just did a Impalla SS (LT1) that on a 150 shot droped 1.6 seconds hmmmm
