Lug nuts on stock wheels..?

Lug nuts on stock wheels..?
I just decided to see how tight my lug nuts were on my car, and to my surprise, the lug nuts moved with relative ease! I thought the lug nuts were supposed to have 100+ ft/lbs of torque etc.? Should I tighten these down? It's like this on all 4's.
