I haven't seen the TT2 offered anywhere except for polished or painted.

Guess most have polished since the price almost doubles for chrome.

17x11" chrome TT2: $365
17x11" polished TT2: $325

17x9.5" chrome TT2: $360
17x9.5" polished TT2: $310

Not that bad of a difference. Only $180 added for all 4.

eBay is still the place for the best pricing.

My bad....twas looking at the 20's by mistake. Not a bad price. I would love to see pictures of chrome TT2s compared to the polished that everyone seems to have. I thought chrome was easier to care for too? Are people just not aware that they come in chrome?

ive always liked how polished aluminum cleaned up. chrome always has the 'fake' appearance to me.

What backspacing would I need for a 95 V6 Camaro?

Re: Let me see some good LT1 torq thrust II pics or opinions?

I saw a reader's letter in I believe was in Hot Rod. It was titled "Originality Dead?" The reader claimed that AR Torque Thrust II's are no longer to be considered "custom," because everyone and their cousin has the rims. That, back in the day, it was ok that everyone had the same rims because there was such little selection. Today, there is a vast selection of wheels, but everyone is getting torque thrust II's. So we should "paint every Chevelle black, every Camaro red, every Mustang white with blue stripes, every hot rod black with flames, and torque thrust II's for everyone."

Yeah, that's why I've only seen one car in person (and this was way down in LA 120 miles from my city) with TT2s on it. I guess I should have either gotten ZR1s or some bling bling spinners.
