This is a 15x10 7.5" backspace Weld Pro-Star, with a 28x10.5-15W ET Drag:

Also click on "Trailer Queen...." in the signature.
What you need to do with a 28" tire will depend on the specifc tire selection... not all 28" slicks are 28" diameter.... an ET Street can be as small as 27.3", the QTP's are generally 28.0", and the ET Drag can be closer to 28.5". The smaller tire will fit in the wheel opeing fine. The larger sizes may require relocating the axle backward slightly, and/or cutting the leading edge of the rubber bumper cover. And the width of the tire will deteremine how much hammering you need to do on the inner fender and possibly rolling the fender lip.
