I just bought some 17x9 and 17x11 Gunmetal ZR1 wheels, and am going to the F-body Invasion in Bowling Green in 3 weeks. I had planned on buying the Nitto 555 extreme's on the front and the 555r's for the rear, but money is tight, and was planning on possibly buying the sumitumo htr z's? I am skeptical on the sumitumos.. any opinions? Thanks!

I just got some new C5 wheels for my 96. I only have a 3.8L for now, so Z rated wasn't necessary. I got some H rated Yokohamas and I'm EXTREMELY pleased. This is the best tire I've ever driven on. They replaced some Goodyear Eagle's that were on my stock rims. I recommend checking them out. A month and a half ago they cost me $444 to the front door from discounttiredirect.com, but they are now like, $4 higher per tire. No biggy, especially for the quality of the tire.
