How far will these stick out in the rear?

How far will these stick out in the rear?

Anybody know or know how I can figure out?

18x10.5: +58mm

I'm going to assume you are talking about a 4th Gen, since I don't think those wheels would fit on a 3rd Gen without 2" spacers.

They aren't going to "stick out".... the 58mm offset moves them deeper under the fender. That gives you an ~8.00" backspace, which will likely take a little hammer pounding of the inner fender, and trimming the jounce bumper bracket. For comparison, the popular 17x11 50mm ZR1/GS wheel has a 7.93" backspace. So.... your 18x10.5" 58mm wheel/tire will sit about 1/2" deeper in the fender than these:
