help ! offset ?
i have looked in FAQ section and still haven't figured this out yet.
trying to find out if these will fit on a 95 Z28 front and rear.
19X10 with 65mm offset

That's an 8.0" backspace. In the back, its likely to put the inside edge of the tire against the high points of the inner fender.... same as the problems described in the FAQ for the 17x11 50mm wheels. Except maybe slightly worse, since its about 1/10th" more backspace.
In the front, its hadr to call. With a 17" wheel, the max backspace is about 7.4". Whether the steering knuckle curves backward far enough to clear a 19" wheel is unclear. Would problably need spacers, like the people use who run the 17x11 50mm wheels on the front.

If you run them with a 20mm hub spacer(I know H&R makes them) you'll effectly have a +45 offset, which should fit with no problems. Or you could go with a 1" hub spacer which would push the wheels out about a 1/4" further, with a offset around +40 you might need to roll the fender lips.

i am just unsure of that same width wheel with 6-7mm more offset.
here are a couple pics with the 19x10 CCWs with a 58mm offset.
