i get a bit confused when it comes to wheels and offsets and stuff .... so if anyone could tell me if this is a correct setup i would appreciate it ........

....rear 17x11 45 mm offset tire 315-35-17

....front 17x9.5 45 mm offset tire 275-40-17


is this a correct setup???

Did you check the Wheels and Tire FAQ? It has guidelines on wheel offsets for various widths of wheels, and there is a post in the thread showing photos of various offsets on 17x9.5 and 17x11" wheels.

yes i read it but im just trying to make sure i understood it correctly before i go ordering the wrong thing ...... somebodywent and chopped the money tree down ... so things are tight...lol
