I used to have a set of the hyper silver deep dish zr1 wheels. I remember the clear coat on the lip started to flake but now rust or bubbling or anything like that. I've heard quality has gone down in recent years. Someone mentioned they are now chinese made. Mine were new back in 2011 or so. Is there any truth to this? Any first hand accounts, good or bad?
