18x10.5 tire fitment photos for ref

Well, know everyones always asking whats able to be tucked under the rear wheel wells without much modification, and everyone always wants pics.

Billstein revalved shocks
BMR 1" lowering springs
Wheels are 18x10.5 AFS polished Z06's. +56mm offset, 7.88" backspace
Tires are Nitto 555R's 305.35.18

I wanted a setup that wouldnt stick out past the fender or require much modification to get to fit.

After a few trials and checking suspension under load determined nothing was needed. under full load theres still 1/4" of clearence with the front of the fender well. I did however have to grind the bumpstops/brakets back about 1/4" to make sure the rim lip cleared when there was no load on suspension (jacking up car- if u need further info read here) Could have prob got away without doing it, but honestly for the 30 min it took, its worth doing.

now the pics-

always fun running low 12's/high 11's with a hitch on the car.

again - just remember the concerns i went through before finally ordering the rims and tires. The sticky and posts were a great help, figured id throw some pics and ref info up for future use.

and goddamn the new setup is great on the street.

Very nice. Did you roll the rear lip, just to be safe? Or is it not needed?

would be an honor

- and nope - didnt need to roll the lip at all- ill take new pics this week some point when i get time- the top pic makes it look like the tires sticking out past fender, in reality it doesnt as you can see from other pics.

Looks very good and THANK YOU for posting your pics. I was thinking about going 18' ZO6's. My tires are coming to an end so it's a perfect time time upgrade. Your car looks great with those wheels, my compliments!!
