What can I get to fit under the rear on these rims without them looking dumb or rubbing??

From the Wheels and Tires FAQ:
What size tires fit on what size wheels?

The following table is based on manufacturers’ recommended wheel width data. They are “guidelines”, since each manufacturer sets his own limits of what size wheel the tire requires. When you have selected a specific brand of tire, and a size, check that manufacturer’s recommendation for wheel width. This data is available on tire shop websites, or on the manufacturer’s website (e.g. – Nitto, BFG, etc.)

TIRE SIZE: TIRE DIAMETER; WHEEL WIDTH

................
255/40-18: 26.0” diameter; 8.5” – 10.0” wide wheel
265/35-18: 25.3” diameter; 9.0” – 10.5” wide wheel
275/35-18: 25.5” diameter; 9.0” – 11.0” wide wheel
285/35-18: 25.9” diameter; 9.5” – 11.0” wide wheel
295/35-18: 26.2” diameter; 10.0” – 10.5” wide wheel
315/30-18: 25.5” diameter; 10.5” – 11.5” wide wheel
335/30-18: 26.1” diameter; 12.0” – 13.0” wide wheel

I am running a 305/35ZR18 Nitto Drag Radial on my 18X10 rear wheels. They fit perfectly and look good. For the most part Injuneer is correct on the sizing, but Nitto's tires are a little more narrow than the average, so their 305's will still fit well with your 18X10.

The Nitto Drag Radial has a softer sidewall than most tires, so it makes sense that you could go with a slightly wider tire on the same wheel.

For most street tires, don't expect that to work. In all cases, look at the tire manufacturer's recommended wheel widths, and stay within the range they give.

As noted in the FAQ.... each manufacturer designs his tire for a specific range of wheel widths. Nitto recommends 10.0-12.0" wheels for the 305/35-18 555R. The reason I didn't list the 305/35 is because its a bit larger in diameter (26.4") than the stock tire. And, Tire Rack doesn't list any other available 305/35's.
