yes, but make sure they have a 56mm offset. you can run a 275/40/17 also if you want like said above

Re: 17x9.5 on front?

Th 17x9.5" wide wheels will work with anywhere from a 45mm to a 56mm offset.

A 235/45-17 tire will NOT work on a 9.5" wide wheel. Most manufacturers only recommend thm for wheels 7.5-9.0" wide. They are going to look "stretched" on a 9.5": wide wheel, and leave the edge of the wheel open to curb damage. The only good choices for a 9.5" wide wheel would be the 275/40-17 or 285/40-17.

I found that a little "bump" on the front suspension arm interfered with the wheel weights on the back rim of my 17x9.5 +56mm ZR1's. A couple of minutes with a grinder and the problem was solved.

Were the weight clipped to the edge of the rim? Or were they taped to the inside? The 56mm wheel is so close to the knuckle that a clip-on weight would probably rub, but I don't know of anyone that wants clip-on weights on an alloy wheel.

Yes they were clip-ons, Fred. That's how they were when I got them.
