17x9.5" 46mm offset help

Where will the outside edge of my wheel/tire be on a 17x9.5" wheel with a 46mm offset? I know 46mm pushed the wheel outward more but how much? Do you think there would be a problem with it rubbing the fender? Thanks.

This set of OZ Racing 17x9.5's has a 49mm offset. Your wheel will stick out 1/8" more than these. I don't think you would even notice it. At full lock, on a seriously lowered car, the tire might rub on the plastic fender liner.

Just keep in mind that a 46mm offset on a 10.5" wide wheel will not position the inside or outside edges of the tire at the same place as a 9.5" wide wheel with a 46mm offset. The outside edge of the tires with his 9.5's will sit about 1/2" deeper than with your 10.5" wheels, and he will have 1/2" less backspace, eliminating the issues of the inside edges of the tire hitting anything. He should not require any modifiactions at all.
