17x11 wheel fitment

I'm wanting to get the 17x11 ZR-1 wheels for the rear of my stock suspension 95 Camaro Z28 but I dont want to roll any fenders or bang out the wheel well. For all you guys who installed these wheels on your cars who didn't have to do any modifications? I know some might have to with lowered cars but mine is stock height. What do you think?

Mine is stock height and i had to do both. I wasnt going to roll the fenders but after i hit a big dip in the road my fender cut into my tire, after that i decided to roll them.

If you read the FAQ, you know what I had to do.... recenter with an adjustable panhard rod, hammer the inner fenders, and roll the fender lip.

Yea that's what I want to avoid. Do you think if I went with the 17x9.5's there would be no problems? I'm def not banging anything or rolling any fenders, just don't want to.

There would definitely be no problems at all with 17x9.5's and 275/40 or 285/40-17's. That's close enough to the stock WS6/SS wheel/tire setup. Just follow the guidelines in the FAQ on offset.
