Just reading the laws that have been past within the last year...I knew the point system was coming, but was unaware of a surcharge.... We better be on our good behavior when driving, or you pay the piper..

I can't beleive it's only 1 additional point if you wreck, kinda like its not that bad or at least not as bad as speeding alone.
Any clue how is this different or better than our current "driving record" system? I mean, if you get citations and or are involved in an accident you get penalized/fined with the current system.
