I need the spring mechanisms that prevent the door handles on 4th gens from jiggling. My passenger door one broke several years ago, and now the driver door one just fell out. Anybody know what I am talking about or have a part number?

 

My drivers side door has been doing that for a while. I didn't know it was just a spring. Of course I never really looked at it to see why it jiggled. I thought I was going to have to replace the whole thing. That should save a little money.

 

Unfortunately, from what I've found, you either gotta get the part from a junkyard, or just replace the whole handle. It's sorta a package deal I guess. Lame though...
