Unhappy Little Help Please...

OK, so I've finally got my motor out but I can't jack up the car high enough to roll it out from under the body. Does anyone have any really tall jacks or any other ideas on how I can do this?

put some boards or anything under the jackstands to space them out. Or get an engine hoist to lift the car up over the motor
Good luck

Thanks guys! I ended up putting a few boards under the jack and got the motor out that way.

Now I'm having trouble with the M6. It's supposed to just slide off after you loosen the bellhousing to motor bolts right? I pryed it about an inch off the motor and it aint moving any further.

Don't forget to dis-engage the clutch fork!

Just pull on it, and it will come out about 1-2 inches and just hang there. What you're doing is pulling it off the throw-out bearing. Once it's off, the tranny will pull right out.
