thats the problem i cant find him, all that i have his name, the address is old, and the # isnt his , maybe his girl was BSing tho, if anyone wants to try givin that # i call its 210-545-5973 and ask for mark , if he answers find out some info if anyone knows a mark moorHEAD let me know i have his car info too, and thast about it, the damage isnt that bad for my car, its just dented, but what sucks the worst about it is the rest of my car is clean as f**k, and what makes it even gayer is that he was so shady about it, thats why i really dont want him to get away w it, after i find him we need to get a cz28 gathering and go roll him haha

So I guess this address is outdated?
1570 Thousand Oaks Dr, San Antonio, TX 78232

Is it a house or an apartment. You can always politely ask the new owner (or apartment office) for new address or cell number.

In Edit: Also, you can ask your insurance company to help you track him down, they have some powerful tools. I know he's got no insurance but still, they might be able to find him. They usually get good cooperation from the police record dpt. Remember, this is almost a hit'n'run since he gave fake info.

ya i went to the address, and it was an apartment, it seemed to be vacant, nothing was on the patio, and there was some paper on the door talking about some event that i think had already passed, and ya i keep on callin the lady that handled my claim, and shesnot answering her damn phone, this might be the gayest thing ive ever had to go through

edit: just called his apartments, and they "arent allowed" to tell me if he lives there or where he lives now wtf is that

Who works in the apartment office? Mostly guys or girls? It would be worthwhile to send a gorgeous GF or a handsome dude (with a loaded Z28 ) and try to smooth talk one of the kids into giving us some contact info. Works for me sometimes.

Time to do alittle PI work.... Go by the place between 3 & 6 in the morning... Thats usually people are home and see if the car is there... Then you know its the right spot.... Dont do anything, just take notes for the police and insurance company..

I've caught felons this way....

That's called privacy. Unfortunately, in your case.

Would you want the apartment office to give out info whether you live there or not if somebody just walked in and told a story, no matter what kind of story? At least I wouldn't.

Hopefully you'll find that SOB, though.
