Keep spinning it to 7 grand and start spraying it with some nitrous and you may be there faster than you think
Are you gonna do your roll cage now too, so that way you can run more than once at HRP??

Well I may not be out there this wednesday because of work and becuase my trans. has to be replaced, but lets you and me settle for the following Wednesday or any time after the car is back. I am curious to see how I compare to a 12.3 car and how badly i get raped per Aaron. How is the car running? Let me know. Laters man.

Hard to explain, it doesn't seem to want to stay in 3rd and it take a leg and foot to get it out of 4th. The dealership told me that they found nothing wrong, I will be up there in the morning and I will show them.
I have not doubts that it will get raplaced but I wished they would get it done asap.

I woudl be willing to bet that the 3-4 shift fork is bent. 6-speeds are very notorious for that. That will cause 3rd to not hold gear and pop out. I have the same prob with mine. Except that my synchros are gone and my output shaft bearing is gone too.
Anyways, I think my gears are getting ready to die also. So we amy try to do something next wed if you want. Like I said I just want to see what the top end is like mostly.
Car is running much better with the new opti. It starts faster, no hesitation, smoother. It is nice.
Anyways, tell the dealership that you think the 3-4 shift fork is bent and see what they say.
