hey yall, just registered today and thought i'd stop in and say hi. i'm from the niles/south bend area (i live in niles but i spend most of my time in IN) LT1Tony and BergerSS435, where do u guys run? i'd love to see your guys' cars!! i don't have a "raceable" car but i do have a 17sec lightning bolt of a pickup hit me up on the PM or somethin sometime!

ps, i'm commin home from college for the weekend this week (28th) and will be out at the strip (Hwy 20 between grape and main streets) if the weather's good and you're interested i'd love to see someone i know out there

i run at US41 and Osceola. i also usually cruise up to 20 for a while on friday and saturday nights when im not at US41 racing. weather this weekend is going to suck

 

ya the weather did suck. anyhow, i go to 20 a lot on friday and satureday nights and will be headed out to OC a few times as well this summer to try my luck at the 16s check the sig pics and if u ever see me say hi sometime. my truck is hard to miss really...big, red, and loud--the way a truck should be

i dunno, i just fired it up for a couple seconds to make sure it sounded ok and threw it on the trailer to take to OC which was closed. its still sitting on the trailer untouched. valve lash is probably off since i just did that real fast myself before i put the girdle on since i was in a hurry

i was planning to hit 41 tomarrow if i get off work in time. just checked the weather and it looks good so ill take the car to work and see how the route goes. not sure if they will bother to prep the track for an early year wednesday night T&T though. they got rain the last few days too so it will be real green

 

What time will you be leaving for the track tomorrow?

 

i never made it to 41 wednesday, got major food poisoning or a bad stomach virus . just now getting over it

hit OC last night. barometer was pretty crappy and traction was horrible even by OC's standards. went 10.64@127 NA. Baber ran a 11.59@119 on motor. think Greg/Derek's best was 12.59@106?

oughta be pretty cool tonight, and the barometer is rising right now, so i might hit 41 this evening. hopefully they will be running brackets
