I'd like to find a good running 3.8 with PCM and harness, etc. Not sure what prices should be, so I thought I would check with you guys before I start shopping.

Wouldn't hurt to shop around til you find a decent running engine for about 750 bucks Would you need the tranny also? I've browsed Fiero sites before and they mentioned the engine swaps but never paid attention as to if the tranny was included :\

 

nope, no tranny needed...unless you know of a front drive F Body that I haven't seen...

 

I would consisder looking for a Grand prix GTP motor instead maybe...

Its a 3.8L built for FWD, maybe use the tranny off it, its pretty much the same motor jsut built for FWD.

Grand prix GT (N/A) is rated 200hp, smae has a RWD f-body 3.8L v6, and the GTP motor is supercharges as we all know, and 240HP.

Ther are both 3.8L serises II motors, and share the same parts.

There is a site www.tacreationsusa.com but i woudl try to avoid them they burned me 3 times on stuff, and caused many problems for other members as well.
