what the heck is this thing?
what the heck is this thing?
I think that its the oil pressure sending unit..but...anyway, I have a 3.4 and right above the oil filter is a white thick round THING, that comes out of the little housing where the oil filter goes. It connected by a wire that runs to god only know where. Anyway, I was working on my car and I accidentally snapped it off. So I thought, no biggie, just pushed it back on, well, needless to say, I fired the car up, let it warm up and revved the engine some because of what I was doing, and splash, oil all over the place, just gushing out. Anyway, how hard it it to replace this, what the heck is it called and about how much will it cost?...Thanks guys!
yeah tell me about it, all the oil is on the ground. I kinda figured that driving it wouldn't be a good idea!!! Ha Ha Thanks dude, how much do you think it will cost to fix and where do you think that I shoudl get it from?
