Question Brown water came out of my exhaust??????????

My brother and I installed my STB and when we reved the engine we heard heard water moving underneath the passenger seat. I reved the engine higher and my brother noticed that large amounts of "brown water" were coming out of the exhaust. It looks like water mixed with rust. After reving her a couple times nothing was really coming out so we drove her up and down the driveway (the car isn't on insurance so I can't take her on the streets). Then my tires are extremely bald so I did a few burn-outs in the driveway The car is kept in the garage while i'm in college, I have no idea how so much water got in there. How bad is this, can it hurt my engine? Also is there anything I can do to help this problem?

Here are some pics that we took of what was coming out:

Probably just water out of your muffler that condensed there. That and have you washed yoru car recently? Maybe you sprayed water in teh pipes. Water should come out periodically anyways, I wouldnt bre worried.

Anyway does the coolant level go down? Is the oil staying nice and clean?

Actually I washed my car 3 days ago. I didn't think that much water could get in the exhaust though.

Oh man, that took a few seconds to register in my brain, LOL!!

I was surprised at how much water came out of the exhaust. When I revved it, I was able to hear the water sloshing around (sounded like it came from the cat area). My only question is can water travel up the exhaust manifolds? I know not in liquid form, but can vapor somehow travel up there? It obviously was hanging around the muffler and I-pipe.

oh my god! take off your STB quick!
no, i am just kidding.
i would say its rusty water from the pipes, nothing to worry about, especially if you just washed the car a few days ago and its not being driven.
