I have found a completely rebuilt V6 3.1 Liter Engine for a 91 Firebird and would like to get it while he still has it for sale. I want to swap it with my engine in my Camaro Z28 (V6 3.4 liter) I was wondering if the two would be compatible. If anyone has any experience with engine swapping please help me out so I can jump on this deal while its still availible. If it is compatible would it be a complicated swap?

 

If you have a V6 Camaro it would not be considered a Z28.

V6 Z-28 ? . . . Sure the 3.4 and 3.1 could be inter-swapped . . .
