If I wish I could have one thing off a 3.4 it would be the sound, they sound AWSOME, there is a girl at my collage with a M5 3.4 with a Borla and it sounds like a stroker or a big block!

Dont listen to trayz28, he is hopelessly stuck on his V8 and cant see differently.

if he was a turbo saturn he would have beat you by more that just a car and 1/2. saturns get the most gains on average per mod of most NA cars. i have major respect for the 3.4....i barely beat one in my vette (befoer i relized i was runing on 6 1/2 cylinders and a dicey carb) and i used to own/love one. the street is a funny thing......anything can happend. just do some mods and have some fun. and be safe for chirst sake!

 

I would check to see if your car is in tune. out of tune 3.4Ls run like crap. A loose EGR on my car moved my 15.8s to 16.4s, I tighetened 2 bolts and replaced fried igniton wires and was running 15.8s agian.


As for Sarturns they can be beat, I guess alot of stuff can go with enought boost, byt N/A I race one everynow and ghen autocrossing and I beat him every time, thats on a course with turns and straight aways, guy has cams, sways, springs shocks and tires. and I hs been autocrossing for a bit so i cna assume he has some experience.
