It is an inexpensive first step, you will more than likely have to replace it with the EGR to completely eliminate the code ($20 for the tube Vs $160 for the EGR). Good luck and keep me posted.

i read that right outta my 2002 owners manual. i guess they might not have updated the manual for obdii, who knows ((shrugs))
