I'd say your next mod should be a lsd along with some 3.42 gears. You'll get off the line alot faster then.

What tires are you running? If they're street tires and not drag radials don't "heat" them at all. Just give em a quick spin to clean the debris off. If you spin regular radials alot they just get greasy and your traction will actually be worse.

BTW, what were your 60 ft times?

 

actually my next mods are 3.73 gears and LSD..pulleys....i already have those 3 things at my house..need to put them. also.i ordered a 2800 stall....so we will see how that goes....i have an exhaust leak i need to fix as well..and i will put some worn out tires on the salad shooters and take it for a run or 2. ill be back with the results..probably on sunday....well when i run it on sunday..it will be most likely just running it again not with any of the mods i listed there....i need to save money to install them. which will probably be in 2 weeks..safe to say.

 

Don't use "worn out" tires. Its not gonna give ya the effect of a slick or anything. Just give your street tires a quick spin and you'll be ok.

 

sorry..didnt mean to put worn out tires..i mean to put my old tires...i still have my salad shooters with tires..and i meant to put them..not worn..i meant old :P
