hey .... anyone knows if the rack and pinion change for the 99 to 00 model in the camaro....

 

it looks like as long as the donor car has the same RPO as yours it shouldnt matter. Look on your RPO list, should be on your door. Look for F41, Y87, FE2, FE4, and FE7. Which ever ones you have, look for those on the donor car since it sounds like you have one found. You may have two of these codes so dont just find one and stop. It could say F41 and Y87, etc, and they probably wont be right next to each other. Good luck.

EDIT--- According to the interchange it looks like from 93 up will work as long as its the same RPO number as the one you have.
