problems running compression test
Trying to run a compression test on my 3.4l. Started the engine to warm it up. Shut it down, pulled the driver side plugs (side i was concerned about) and pulled the PCM ING fuse and the IGNITION fuse that is under the hood (per instructions in my trusty Haynes manual). Put the gauge in, but nothing happens when I turn the key. Engine does not crank. What am I doing wrong?
instead of pulling the fuse... maybe just just unhook the power from the back of the ignition coils?
on my brothers car we just unhooked the injector so that it wouldn't dump fuel and left the spark alone.
