Please Help ASAP

How is everyone. i have a 94 V6 i use as a daily driver. the car has over 200K miles but it has been maintained perfectly and no major problems so i hate to just get rid of it. Lately is has been having a misfire problem when it is first started in the morning, and then once it warms up and sits and idles it wil eventually die. anyone have or heard of a similiar problem. i just need a good place to start looking. does it sound more electrical or mechanical? thanks for any help

you might want to go ahead and replace the spark plug wires if you haven't yet. Since part of the engine isn't ventilated to well, the heat gets trapped therefore heating up the spark plug wires. That will cause resistance in the wires. Hopefull this helps!!! Good luck man!!!

Is the SES light illuminated? If so, I would scan for codes. It probably wouldn't hurt to have the fuel pressure checked, make sure the plugs/wires are in good shape, and make sure the coils are all firing properly. Clogged/dirty fuel injectors can also cause engine misfires.

check your gas tank.. I had that same prob.. And it turned out I had a piece of plastic in my tank..so the car would start and idle good but once it warmed up it would do the same as yours.. So let it run and then check your fuel pressure it could be your fuel pump also.. 200k time 4 some sea foam..
