i bought my car used and it had been painted a different color than the factory color but the removed the sticker w/ the paint code on it so where can i find out the true color of the car

 

When I went to the dealer I gave them my VIN# and they were able to look up which wheel nut caps my car came with, so they should be able to look up the color of your car.

 

I just found out my 99 was huger orange before it got painted

Now i wonder if i should get it reepainted orange W/ black stripes or leave it shelby blue w/ white striped

Wat do u guys think?

 

A lot of people like the Orange. I think 99 was the first year it was offered. I personally like blue more then orange, plus you got those white stripes. It would be kind of a waste to paint a car that has a fairly new paint job unless you really hate the color. Spend that money on engine mods.
