Oil Pressure Trouble

So, I've got a 95 camaro, with a V6 and 5-speed. I had an oil change done on it (thing's too low to bother doing it myself), and about 300 miles after it was done I started noticing that the oil pressure would drop as I'm driving. If I let it sit for a few hours it'd be back up to normal, and then drop again as I started to drive. I brought it back to the Mr.Lube, and the guy says he is sure he put the right oil in it, since it was from the gun etc.. (a trucker had mentioned they may have put the wrong oil in it). Furthermore, it smells like something is burning under the hood (which is part of the reason the trucker thought it was hydraulic oil or something). When I went to check the car, it's got a leak in the rear engine seal.

Now, I'm not overly automotive savvy. Anyone have any ideas on what this could be, until I can get it into a shop after Easter? I mean, I can do all the work myself, I just don't have any idea what problems mean what. Any ideas?
