Oil Pressure
At idle after the oil gets warmed up and isn't as thick, I have no oil pressure at idle
So far I have changed the sender, replaced the oil pressure switch and changed the oil. No difference at all. Next I am thinking that the oil pump might have gone south. Luckily I noticed this as soon as it happened and got the car off as soon as possible. If you rev it up or are moving along, oil pressure stays up around 20 at normal throttle position and gets to maybe 35 under full throttle. Maybe this is a symbol that the Z28 I looked at the other day for 2500 dollars (wrecked front end) but engine is beautiful. Cleanest heads on a car I have ever seen, probably milled. 100,000 miles and its a non-vented opti (94) but thats fine with me. This is on a 3.4l 1994 Camaro. Sometimes when it is at 0 oil pressure on the gauge the car would start shaking and such, but not always. I dont let it stay at 0 though. I shut it off. Any help would be appreciated.
