ight gotta problem here, i put a SLP cold air intake on my car but when i did it make the engine light come on and it said "MAF or VAF low input" so i looked around the found that my MAF sensor was busted but then when i changed that the car acts like it is about to stall and its jerky at high RPMs.....any ideas on what to do.....cause i'm lost.....

Low Input means your not getting enough flow over your MAF, is your filter dirty? Have you removed your screen? and yes, MAF sensors can be bad out of the box, especially if they are remans... All 3 of these can cause a Low voltage input code. Does it idle hooribly? how about after its at operating temprature? If it only does it when its warm, try unplugging the MAF and starting it when the engines warm, if it idles fine, then your MAF is bad. -Tim
