Unhappy Mass Air Flow Sensor Location

I have a 1996 Camaro 6 cylinder, I had the codes read and it shows that I need to replace my Mass Air Flow Sensor. Where is the mass air flow sensor located. I have the part, I just need to know where it's located and how hard it is to change it! So that I can throw the new one on it.
Thanks

Re: Mass Air Flow Sensor Location

I think in 96s its not in the throttle body.

If your new part, looks like a full circle with some stuff in the inside, thens its likely located in the black tube that runs from the back of the driver head light to the middle and top of the motor.

I am pretty sure that is where it will be on your car.

If its like mine, and inside the throttle boddy its on the top of the motor. But when you look at the part it will look ike a stick that with plastic piece on the top to bolt it into a tube.
